Reports of Significant Response Time Improvements

We monitor app and end-user response times using New Relic. Average application response time week over week has decreased over 75%, and end-user response time has decreased over 50% week over week. We still have significant database and view changes to make so this will continue to decrease.

This week we also are using Kiss Insights to survey everyone and the vast majority of people are reporting significant improvements, but things still need to get faster and we’re continuing to improve things.

Dates are Now Rolling Over as Accounts are Ready

Some accounts are now rolling over before the master “roll date” process. The latest accounts will roll over in the short term is 3pm PST.

Upped Number of Background CSVs Able to Run at Once

When you export a CSV, depending on the amount of data in that CSV it may get backgrounded. You can see the status of your exports in your Account tab.

We’d been noticing a lot more exports occurring lately and those have been getting backed up a little so we increased the amount of background CSVs the system can export at once.

If your CSVs are failing to export or are taking too long, make sure to let us know at support@authoritylabs.com.

We started gathering data in a way that takes a lot of load off the db which lets those tasks get done quicker during the day and frees up resources for a more responsive interface.
