Account Status and System Updates

We are now updating the data to 3/20 on all accounts. This is going to take some time and will not show up for your account. When that process is complete we will immediately begin on the data for 3/21.

There is still more we need to do on the system to bring the serp icons back and some of the sorting features. We are working to make the necessary changes for those and will post updates on that progress.

We have begun processing select accounts and reviewing the data and load on the new infrastructure.

When this review is complete we will begin rolling all accounts.

In the midst of of our migration we lost a database server. That server was restored but we had to restart the migration.

During the migration we have turned off the type data from displaying in the interface to take some load off of the servers during this process. The data is still there and will be turned back on at the end of this process. We are continuing to gather the daily serps and are hoping to begin the ranking process later this evening.

We are working around the clock to bring the system up to date. We are bringing more resources online and migrating data into these new systems as quickly as we can.

We will post more information here as we progress through this transition.

We monitor app and end-user response times using New Relic. Average application response time week over week has decreased over 75%, and end-user response time has decreased over 50% week over week. We still have significant database and view changes to make so this will continue to decrease.

This week we also are using Kiss Insights to survey everyone and the vast majority of people are reporting significant improvements, but things still need to get faster and we’re continuing to improve things.
